Unit 160 Ground Floor Offices

Unit 160 is a 2120 sf of open office area that can be finished to suit the new tenant.  The walls, floors and ceiling is prepped and ready for a speedy completion.  Sample layout drawings are available, and landlord will handle the renovation work.

The main area is 1878 sf and there is a separate 242 sf room for washrooms.  The space has 23 ft of large windows and is light and bright.  If you choose open ceilings, the ceiling is clean and smooth concrete.  The adjacent unit is recently renovated and includes open ceilings and glass office and boardroom walls.

The unit has a new dedicated lobby that accesses the 40-stall underground parkade.  The number of underground stalls is negotiable.  Outside parking is available, and free.
