Park West, as the name suggests, is just across the road West of the beautiful 11 acre Norwester Park.  It is a combination of warehouse space and offices.  The building is a well-maintained concrete structure with a 40 vehicle parkade, elevator and picnic area.  Current tenants include corporate offices for Martin Deerline, Western Freight Brokers, Taskey and Perry law offices, Fireball Equipment (Corporate offices, Engineering and Assembly), Catalys Lubricants and Metallics (HVAC contractor).
